Terms of Trade


These are the Terms & Conditions of Sale applicable to on-line purchases from ELM USA, Inc (DBA: FixYourDisc.com). These terms apply to all transactions for the purchase of FixYourDisc.com products & Services ("Products") through its web site at www.FixYourDisc.com and any associated web page (the "Site").

These terms represent the complete Agreement between FixYourDisc.com and the Buyer covering the sale of Products from this Site. Except for terms implied by applicable legislation, FixYourDisc.com does not offer or agree to any conditions, warranties, guarantees or representations relating to the quality, description or performance characteristics of the Products other than those set out in these terms. The Buyer's completion of the Order form on this Site will constitute an offer to the Buyer to purchase Products (the "Order"). All Orders are subject to acceptance by FixYourDisc.com.

PRICES The prices to be paid by the Buyer for all Products will be FixYourDisc.com's current selling price on the date of receipt by FixYourDisc.com of the Order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time. If a customer takes sends less than the discounted quantity as defined on ordering page, they will be notified by phone or e-mail and charged the higher price. Payment for difference will be required before return of products. All Orders will attract a delivery charge as set out on the Delivery Charges and Checkout pages. FixYourDisc.com reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the Buyer. Additional shipping may be added to order for additional service not specified on website.

E-MAIL ADDRESSES & INVOICES It is important that you enter a valid e-Mail address, as invoices (in PDF format) are automatically e-Mailed to that address. Please ensure your e-Mail address is accurate. Also check your spam folder for undelivered invoices.

STOCK AVAILABILITY If a Product is "out of stock" when FixYourDisc.com processes an Order, FixYourDisc.com will contact the Buyer to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.

ORDERS All Orders made by the Buyer under this Agreement must be placed using the webpages on this Site and must specify the information requested, including (but without limitation):

(a) Quantity and description of Products (b) The full street address to which the Product is to be delivered (c) Current billing address to which credit card statements are sent.

The Buyer must complete all information requested on this website and credit card payment sites for the Order to be processed by FixYourDisc.com and or its financial institution.

DELIVERY Delivery of a Product should occur between 1-7 business days after processing of an Order.

Buyer can make a will-call order pickup between the hours of 9:00 am - 4:30 pm at the Buffalo grove location only.

PAYMENT Payment for Products purchased FixYourDisc.com via the Site can be made by the following methods:

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We accept all major credit card. Libraries, schools and government agencies can use a Purchase Order and invoiced with net 30 day terms. 

DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) FixYourDisc.com will make every effort to repair your disc, but offers no guarantees of any type that its disc repair service will make the disc playable. No exceptions. 

INCORRECT SUPPLY OF ORDER If due to a warehouse or other error on the part of FixYourDisc.com, the Buyer receives a Product, service, or return of original customers goods (discs sent in for repair), which does not conform to its order, the Buyer must contact FixYourDisc.com within 48 hours of receipt of the Product. After returning the original Product to FixYourDisc.com, provided that the returned Product is in new or repaired condition with its original packaging unopened, FixYourDisc.com will ship the originally ordered product. Before returning a product, the Buyer must obtain from FixYourDisc.com an email authorising the return.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Claims for alleged damage to Products caused in transit from FixYourDisc.com to the destination specified by the Buyer must be notified to FixYourDisc.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and the consignment note must be marked as "Received Damaged".

These documents constitute the entire agreement between you and FixYourDisc.com.
